I know a lot of people think it is silly and a waste of money but it really does make a nice difference to the room and it looks nice. I can't wait to get them home and get them put up. Since I placed a large order, I called in to see if any coupon codes were available. The Knobs4Less Website is easy to navigate I found what I was looking for quickly and easily. I ended up going to Lowes and buying a small package of them for a nominal price but it was a bit of an inconvienience (gas and time spent) since nearest home improvement store is 18 miles away. The screws that came with the wall outlet plates were too short and I could not use them. Had to get out my level and adjust many of the installed handles to get a precise alignment. Not always a precise fit and caused some handles to not align perfectly vertical. Don't like the breakoff screws that come with the handles. Great! Shopping, delivery and product were perfect. Maybe you can mention this to your so-called web designers. I had to re-type my billing address and shipping address again. The only thing I did not like was when you click on the sample order box and then click on the sample order terms, you loose all the previous typed information. Why? If these are not FIRST QUALITY Alno Creations knobs and pulls, please cancel our order immediately.
